Description of the exhibition: It is the first real estate exhibition of its kind in Kirkuk sponsored by the Kirkuk Investment Authority and Mall of Kirkuk. The purpose of the exhibition was to display residential complexes in Kirkuk and encourage people to live in modern residential complexes. Many residential projects and real estate companies in neighboring governorates participated in this exhibition. The first event at the beginning of the exhibition was the opening of the exhibition by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mall of Kirkuk, Mr. (Ahmed Ismail Sian) and the Chairman of the Kirkuk Provincial Council and a number of well-known figures in Kirkuk. People turned out to be very popular at the exhibition, especially on the first and last day of the exhibition. There were also introductory seminars for all companies and residential projects participating in the exhibition. There was media, photography and live broadcast of all the exhibition events. The participation of Tishk Group with its Green City project was an effective participation for the purpose of learning about the companies and residential complexes in Kirkuk, as well as introducing people to the project and that there is a great movement in projects in the city of Mosul. The Green City project is the first unique project of its kind located in a distinguished place in the city of Mosul, opposite Mosul International Airport and near the Corniche. The Tigris River, and the project contains villas of different sizes and green spaces, as well as complete infrastructure and high specifications in construction, and we are targeting the upper classes of society because the project will be a strong model for the rest of the projects in the city of Mosul, and when explaining the project to the people who visited the Green City pavilion, they expressed their admiration for the project, the designs, the location and the construction specifications, and the sales office card was taken by the visitors in order to communicate with the sales office regarding developments when sales open, and the names and information of a number of visitors were also recorded in order to communicate with them when selling and expressed their desire to buy, especially to invest in the project, and at the end of the exhibition, the participation shield was distributed to all participating companies and residential projects, and the Green City project received the participation shield presented by the Mall of Kirkuk management and sponsored by the Kirkuk Investment Authority.
